The kitchen is slowly taking shape! Since it became wind and watertight we have been able to insulate, run 1st fix pipework (thanks Graham!) and start the plasterboarding (thanks dads!). We met with the plasterer at the weekend and he is going to save our ceiling rose in the bedroom, it is lovely and would be a real shame to lose it. He is going to plasterboard over the ceiling but leave the rose as it is with a decorative bead around it. I hope it works!
The plan is to have the room completely plasterboarded next weekend and we can then install the kitchen that's been in our garage for the last 2 years!
